Seed Saving 101 is a 90min general introduction to the concepts and techniques of saving seeds, whether for personal use or production. Topics include understanding cross-pollination and isolation distance, harvesting, processing and storing seeds, tips and troubleshooting. Can be tailored for multiple experience levels and scales of production. This is an online workshop.
