Carolina Broadleaf Mustard was introduced in 2017 by Southern Exposure, as an adaptation of the historic Florida Broadleaf Mustard, now with resistance to bacterial blight. The variety develops large, wrinkled, green leaves with a classic southern mustard green flavor and spicy kick.
