Buena Mulata Pepper

Buena Mulata Pepper is a stunningly beautiful cayenne-type hot pepper. The 4-5in fruits are purple at first, become orange, and finally mature to deep red. This pepper is one of those collected by African-American painter Horace Pippin (1888-1946), and reintroduced by food historian William Woys Weaver.
